SIPSmart Intentional Productivity Energy check

The method

Four stages. No hacks.

SIP stands for Smart Intentional Productivity. It is not about doing more. It is about deciding what the next chapter is for, and building a plan that survives your real life.

01

Map your energy

Where it goes now, and where it actually comes from. You find your four states and what each one costs you, using your own weeks rather than an average woman’s.

02

Set intention

Decide what the next chapter is for, before deciding what to do. This is the stage most people skip, and it is why their plans do not hold.

03

Plan with your seasons

A career, business or weekly plan built around how your energy really moves. Expensive work into cheap weeks. Irreversible decisions out of the weeks that make you pay for them.

04

Build the system, then keep the rhythm

A plan you have to remember is a plan you will drop. So we build the thing that remembers for you — the calendar, the prompts, the drawer, the review — and a routine that keeps it alive past week three.

Who it is for

  • Women in corporate roles who are tired in a way that sleep does not fix.
  • Women in the middle of a career change, a business idea, or a return to work.
  • Women running a household as an operation, with no cover and no handover.
  • Women who suspect their energy has a pattern and want to plan with it, including through perimenopause and including on hormonal contraception.

Who it is not for

  • Anyone looking for a 5 a.m. routine and a colour-coded calendar.
  • Anyone who wants to be told what to do. I will ask a lot of questions first.
  • Anyone in a medical or mental health crisis. Please see a professional first; I will still be here.
